Here you will find the principles and procedures that have been implemented at Imagine Outlet for the compliance of our actions and services with the GDPR (General Regulation on EU Data Protection 2016/679) *.
Imagine Outlet does not buy or resell personal information of its customers at any time. In no case will we deliver your information to third parties.
Imagine Outlet collects personal information about its customers in three ways:
a) data (name, address, telephone, email) transmitted when an order is placed on our site
b) data (name, email and, optionally, phone number) provided in a visitor’s request for information (contact / information request form)
c) navigation data on our site (cookies) that allow us to know the pages visited so that we can subsequently offer advertising messages based on your preferences on the network of Google Adwords
The information collected via online orders and via the contact forms (points a and b above) allows us to send commercial and advertising emails about 3 to 5 times a year.
The consent of the user is requested at the time of entry on our site with regard to the use of cookies and by a confirmation email when it comes to adding it to our mailing list. emails (“opt-in” method).
